President

Nicola is currently pursuing his MSc in CEMS International Management at Bocconi University, after completing his Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Management. He has been active in Cuora since 2023, starting in the Social Development division, contributing to various internal projects and participating in four consultancy projects. Nicola took on the role of President in 2025, after serving as Head of Social Development division for one year.

Vice President

Alessandro is currently pursuing his MSc in CEMS International Management at Bocconi University, with a semester spent in London at LSE. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, also at Bocconi. He has been part of Cuora since October 2023, starting in the Finance division, where he contributed to the Sponsorship subdivision while simultaneously participating in consulting projects. In September 2024, he assumed the role of Head of Finance, and since September 2025, he has been Vice-President.

Head of Social Development

Edoardo is currently pursuing an MSc in CEMS International Management at Bocconi University, following a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Management, complemented by an exchange program at Peking University. He joined Cuora in March 2024 in the Social Development Division and was appointed Head of the division in September 2025.

Head of Finance

Matteo is currently pursuing his MSc in CEMS International Management at Bocconi University, after completing his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management. He has been part of Cuora Consulting since September 2024, starting in the Finance Division, where he contributed to the Accounting subdivision while simultaneously working as a consultant on different projects. In September 2025, he assumed the role of Head of Finance.

Head of Human Resources

Camila is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in European Legal Studies at the University of Turin. She joined Cuora in the beginning of 2025 as a member of the HR where she collaborated as a recruiter. Additionally, she has participated in two projects, one on environment as a consultant, and another on legal compliance as team leader.

Head of Project Management

Lal is currently working as a strategy consultant after completing her Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Finance at Bocconi University. She has been part of Cuora since November 2023, previously serving as the Coordinator of Grants in the Finance division. Alongside this role, she participated in various consulting projects as a consultant, team leader, and project manager. Since September 2025, Lal has been the Head of the Project Management Office, where she is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of all consulting projects.

Head of Client & Partnerships Acquisition

Federico is currently pursuing his MSc in CEMS International Management at Bocconi University, after completing his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management. He has been part of Cuora Consulting since January 2025, starting in the Client Acquisition division. In September 2025, he assumed the role of Head of Client and Partnership Acquisition.

Head of Legal

Bettina is currently pursuing her Integrated Master of Arts in Law at Bocconi University. Having often worked with associations, in 2024 she started being actively engaged in Cuora. She started working inside the department managing the internal processes of the association and the relations with other divisions. She is guiding the legal team since April 2025.

Head of Marketing & IT

Davide is currently working as a management consultant after completing his Master’s degree in International Managemen tat Bocconi University.
He has been part of Cuora since 2024 serving as the SEO & IT Coordinator mainly focusing on internal activities such as Website and IT Tools optimization.
In October 2025 he assumed the role of Head of Marketing & IT.

Head of Cuora Concept

Adriana is pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Intercultural Heritage at the University of Bologna. She joined Cuora Consulting in 2024 as a Junior Consultant, contributing to consulting projects supporting NGOs and social impact initiatives in strengthening their operations and strategic development. Through her work within Cuora Consulting’s think tank, Cuora Concept, Adriana has contributed to research and policy-oriented discussions on topics ranging from European politics to migration governance, human rights, and climate-related displacement. Since 2026, she has served as the Head of Cuora Concept, leading the division and working to enhance its role as a dynamic platform for dialogue, innovative policy reflection, and global advocacy.
