All accepted candidates will be involved from the very beginning in real-world projects with international clients, working directly with NGOs and socially aware enterprises.

The Recruitment Process

Cuora’s recruitment process is designed to be fast, engaging, and efficient.
It consists of two main steps:

1. CV Submission

We encourage you to send us your CV . We consider applications on a rolling basis for each semester.

2. Behavioral Alignment & Group Interview

If we are interested in your candidacy, a member of our HR team will contact you to schedule an interview session.

Each session includes 3 candidates and 2 Cuorians and is composed of two parts:

  • Behavioral Interview (15 minutes): Conducted in breakout rooms to better understand your motivations, values, and alignment with Cuora.

  • Group Case (45 minutes): You will work together with the other two candidates on a case prompt and present your recommendation to the interviewers.

Through this process, we assess both your interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as your eagerness to learn and challenge yourself. We look for people who are curious and ready to challenge themselves!

There is only one interview round, and we aim to provide quick feedback to all candidates.

If selected, you will be assigned to one of our divisions based on your preferences and organizational needs.
